Accessibility statement

Tandvårdshuset i Älmhult wants everyone to be able to use tandvardshuset.net — regardless of assistive technology, screen size or ability. We are working towards WCAG Level AA conformance.

How we have built the website

• Green booking buttons have been darkened to provide readable contrast; links and buttons have a visible focus indicator.
• We are working on keyboard support in navigation and forms. A “skip to content” link is at the start of every page.
• Headings, lists and form fields are marked up so that screen readers can interpret them; purely decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• The pages work on small screens and at magnification up to 200 per cent without content being lost.
• The cookie panel can be operated with a keyboard. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you choose them in the cookie settings; otherwise only necessary local storage is used. (Frenda's booking page opens separately and is controlled by the provider.)

Known limitations

A complete manual review using a screen reader has not yet been carried out.

• Portraits on the staff page have names as their alt text. For staff without a portrait, their name, role and initials are shown.
• As an alternative to our own booking service, you can open Frenda's booking page in a new tab. We do not control it and it may have accessibility limitations — please call us and we will book for you.
